In-House Workshops
Our in-house workshops are about transformation
Over the years, we’ve led workshops and other interactive sessions for more than 100 organizations — throughout the United States and in South Africa, Jamaica, Mongolia, Canada, and elsewhere. We can bring our workshops to your workplace too. Topics include engagement, change, teamwork, and potential.
Please note: These are not “training sessions” in which someone stands in front of the room and unloads an excess of one-way content. Our aim is to drive transformation — and not to dump information. Our workshops are filled with meaningful activities, eye-opening assessments, instructive examples, focused dialogue, and more. They prompt the kind of deep-down discovery that leads to practical action and positive change.
Details: Sessions last from two hours to two days. Each workshop is closely tailored to fit the group, with the number of people in a session ranging from 10 (for a team or work unit) to 300 (for an all-company gathering).
Work product: In many of our workshops that involve people from a specific work unit or department, we guide the group in developing its own collective work product. This process typically unfolds in the final stretch of the session. It gets people using their new insights to produce a tangible deliverable: an action plan, a timeline, a scorecard, a team charter, or something else that relates to the workshop topic. Following the workshop, the work product is fine-tuned (as needed) and implemented.
